SQ Magazine is operated by Barry Elad as a sole-trader publication. There is no separate corporate entity and no Data Protection Officer. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any dispute relating to these terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in Hennepin County, Minnesota. If arbitration is not possible, the dispute will be subject to the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. 14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and SQ Magazine regarding your use of the site, and they replace any earlier agreement on that subject.
