Most of us wanted hard evidence on the US remake of The Inbetweeners before casting a judgement. Well, here’s a two and a half minute long trailer to feast your eyes upon. After this, feel free to hate, hate and hate some more.

Not content with just stealing the concept for the best UK comedy in recent years, the guys behind the US construction look to have opted to re-shoot the entire thing. Just in an American High School. So yes, expect to see the same names, same scenarios and even the same stupid yellow car.

Ever since MTV released photos of the ridiculous looking cast a few weeks back, we’ve been worried about the direction that MTV would take the show. We couldn’t have imagined anything that could whet the appetite for this series less. Truly abysmal.
